FACTORY is here, and pre-registration is available today! Check out the Biz Buzz piece in Sunday's GJ Sentinel:
Grand Junction’s first co-working space, Factory, is set to open downtown at 750 Main St. this fall, organizers say. A collaboration between Launch, Colorado Advanced Manufacturing Alliance and Mesa County Libraries, Factory will be one of the most advanced technology centers in western Colorado, offering gigabit Internet, 24/7 access, full-featured conference rooms and various levels of training in addition to workspace, according to backers.
Co-working, they say, represents a modern take on shared work environments, emphasizing open floor plans, a diverse community and enhanced collaboration.
Factory, specifically, will be home to Cama’s Fuse Center, an immersive videoconferencing and presentation experience, where participants can hook in with Fuse centers on the Front Range and with people from all over the world.
